2 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp. Almond Milk with water
¼ cup chopped saute onion
1 tblp. grated onion
½ cup parsley minced
1 tsp. Cumin
1 Irg carrot (steamed and mashed)
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tblp celery chopped fine
¼ cup oatmeal

Poke holes with fork on top of loaf
