My name is Lois, and I am the founder of Naked Kitchen. It all began with a small restaurant in a vibrant neighbourhood of New York City, where I poured my heart and soul into creating a haven for food lovers.

My restaurant quickly became a cherished destination, attracting individuals who sought unique and tantalizing flavors. But it wasn't just about satisfying their taste buds; I wanted to offer an inclusive dining experience that catered to diverse dietary needs. As time passed, I noticed a growing demand for dairy-free and gluten-free options among my patrons. Empathizing with those who faced dietary restrictions or sought a healthier lifestyle, I felt compelled to explore the world of dairy-free and gluten-free cooking.

Driven by passion and curiosity, I dedicated countless hours to experimenting with alternative ingredients and refining my culinary skills. I embraced the art of creating mouthwatering recipes that were free from dairy and gluten, refusing to compromise on taste or texture.
